New website and puchase flow for Leegol.
Leegol, a mediation platform, initially had a website focused on attracting mediators to work on the platform. But as the project evolved, they needed to speak directly to general users. The work was divided into stages that took a couple of months to be completed
Stage 1
The redesign originated from the need to start selling the product to a bigger audience. The product was new and there wasn’t data about user behaviour. Our first version was built based on good practices and usability tests. We mapped the steps needed for a person to buy a mediation and what kind of information someone with zero knowledge in the subject would need to understand how it works.
Stage 2
After launching the new website, we started collecting input from users through session recording, customer service and ocasional polls. To address issues we then discovered, we added and adapted content and improved the mediation flow.

Interviews with stakeholders helped us understand the project and its goals.
A design activity was executed to find out what type of information would be useful in a dashboard.
Content was defined and segmented. We selected a framework for the charts with the guidance of developers.
We prepared minor adjustments according to requests from developers and exported assets.
